Welcome to DataZorith. By accessing datazorith.com and engaging with our market analytics and forecasting tools, you certify that you are a representative of a legal business entity or an individual professional with the capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes an acknowledgement of the revised protocols.

Our platform provides specialized insights derived from complex datasets. These services are provided "as is" and "as available." While DataZorith employs rigorous statistical modeling to ensure accuracy, the nature of market forecasting involves inherent volatility.

• User Access is limited to registered corporate accounts or authorized trial periods.
• DataZorith reserves the right to suspend access if any unusual traffic patterns suggesting automated scraping are detected.
• Forecasting models are calibrated at 08:00 ICT daily; outputs reflect the most current validated data at that timestamp.

All content on DataZorith, including but not limited to the structural layout, proprietary algorithms, visual data representations, and corporate reports, is the exclusive property of DataZorith, headquartered at 31 Tran Phu, Da Nang.

DataZorith acts as a technical partner, not a financial advisor. Our analytics are designed to assist in decision-making but do not constitute investment mandates. DataZorith shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from market shifts that deviate from predictive models.
• Technical outages beyond our immediate server infrastructure.
• Third-party data inaccuracies imported into our forecasting engine.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DATAZORITH'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from the use of DataZorith services that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Da Nang, Vietnam.
